By purchasing a subscription or using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Overview
MMERI provides subscription-based website design, hosting, maintenance, security, and ongoing website management.
Because every website is custom built for each business, work begins shortly after your order is confirmed. For this reason, not all payments are eligible for a refund.
2. Setup Fee
Every new subscription includes a one-time setup fee.
This fee covers the work required to start your project, including:
- Project planning
- Website design
- Website development
- Initial setup
- Website configuration
- Project onboarding
Once work has started, the setup fee is non-refundable.
If you cancel before any work begins, we may refund the setup fee at our discretion.
3. Subscription Payments
Your subscription covers the ongoing services included in your plan, such as:
- Website hosting
- Website maintenance
- Security updates
- Technical support
- Website management
- Included plan features
Once a billing period has started, subscription payments are non-refundable.
4. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Your website and included services will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Partially used billing periods
- Unused services
- Early cancellations
- Remaining time on an active subscription
5. Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade your subscription whenever your business needs more features.
If your upgrade requires additional design or development work, an additional setup fee may apply. Any applicable fee will be communicated before work begins.
6. Changing Your Billing Cycle
You may change between Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual billing at any time.
Changing your billing cycle does not usually require another setup fee unless additional work is needed. Once the new billing period begins, the payment is non-refundable.
7. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or made a duplicate payment, please contact us as soon as possible.
After reviewing your account, we’ll either refund the duplicate payment, apply it as account credit, or correct any billing errors where appropriate.
8. Suspended or Terminated Services
Refunds will not be provided if your account or website is suspended or terminated due to:
- Unpaid invoices
- Fraudulent activity
- Illegal use of our services
- Abuse of our platform
- Violation of our Terms of Service
9. Third-Party Products and Services
Some services involve third-party providers, including:
- Domain registration
- Premium plugins
- Premium themes
- Business email services
- Stock images
- Payment gateways
Fees paid to third-party providers are generally non-refundable, even if your subscription is cancelled.
10. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before requesting a chargeback.
If a chargeback is made without first contacting us, we may suspend your services, take your website offline, close your account, and dispute the chargeback with the payment provider where appropriate.
11. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be sent to your original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times depend on your payment provider or financial institution and may take several business days.
